Microsoft Word file Scoresheet Labels-  Managers are typically in charge of making sure the labels are filled out with players name and jersey numbers. This can be done ahead of time on sticker labels, or can be written in on game day. The home team typically also is in charge of filling the sheet throughout the game with goals, who scored the goal and got the assists, and penalties. (The ref will skate over and tell you what to write). Use Avery labels 5263 when printing.
