Overview of Registration Process

NEW- Registration will be done online.
You must first register with USA Hockey and have your confirmation number in order to process your registration.
A $250 deposit must be submitted by credit card or check with the registration form. (Multiple player family: families with two or more players the deposit total is $300 and will be applied to the oldest players League Fees.)
Deposit will be applied towards League Fees.
All new players to EYHA must submit a copy of their birth certificate at your first evaluation.
After registering online you must mail in to EYHA a copy of the USA Hockey confirmation and signed copies of the Medical Consent Form and Code of Conduct.
Registration is not complete until deposit has been received.
