The Easton Youth Hockey Association is dedicated to the continuous education and development of its hockey membership into quality players, coaches and fans, and seeks to build a spirit of community and camaraderie through the fostering of good sportsmans
The Gahanna Lincoln Hockey program was founded in 1998, and is one of the oldest High School Hockey programs in Central Ohio. Our program fields both a Varsity and a JV team; both teams are proud members of the Ohio High School Athletic Association, and compete annually in the Capital Hockey Conference.
Our season will officially begin with tryouts (first Friday in November), we practice 3 days a week and will play 35-40 games, including 2-3 tournaments. The season wraps up in mid-February with the C.B.J. Cup and is immediately followed by the O.H.S.A.A. State Tournament which concludes at Nationwide Arena in early March.
During the off-season, we hold 10 summer practices (June - July) and create 2 Summer League teams to compete in the Chiller Summer HS League. Fall conditioning skates will begin in September and run up until tryouts.
We also will periodically hold Young Lions camps for all players (grade 3 and above) interested in playing for Gahanna. This program is designed to build relationships with future Gahanna Lincoln hockey players and to improve each player's hockey development.
